As director of the company Julian McLaughlin has worked in the building industry for over 20 years.  With a strong background in carpentry, he understands the importance of quality and prides himself on his attention to detail.

Mclaughlin Developments has an Integrated Health Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Management System and is audited annually by an external accreditation body. Our Integrated HSEQ Management System is implemented on all of our sites and head office, continual monitoring is managed by our Operations/ HSEQ Manager and Project teams to ensure that we meet the requirements under the OHS Act/ Regulations and applicable Australian standards:

  • Environmental Management – ISO: 14001:2015

Having an HSEQ Management System means we have documented processes that contribute to the reduction of workplace injury, illness and environmental issues, whilst minimising the costs associated with workplace safety and environmental accidents.
